Generate the timetable first, then keep attendance, grades, fees and communication connected to the same student records. Skoolia's scheduler is deterministic: the same constraints produce the same timetable, every run, and it never publishes without you.
Add your school structure and scheduling rules
Teacher availability windows, maximum periods per day, subject loads per class, room capacity and preferred rooms. Constraints are either hard (never violated) or soft (optimised for).
Generate a timetable around real constraints
Generation for a 150-teacher school completes in under a second. Before and after generation, Skoolia validates every placement against the hard constraints — teacher double-booking, class double-booking, room clashes — and lists what it found.
Review, adjust and publish
Nothing is saved until an administrator reviews the result; a timetable that still breaks a hard constraint is rejected, not published.

What is Skoolia?
Skoolia is a cloud-based school management system for private and international K-12 schools. It brings student records, attendance, an AI timetable generator, gradebook, fee management and parent communication together in one platform, with Najiba, a built-in assistant that answers questions from your school's own data. Skoolia is built by Barcids Limited, a company registered in Ireland, and is available to schools worldwide.
Questions schools ask before buying
How much does Skoolia cost?
Standalone AI timetabling starts at $49 a month and the full school platform starts at $149 a month, with prices published on the pricing page. The platform is available in English, French and Arabic, and the gradebook covers IB, British, American, French, Canadian and Irish grading systems.
How long does onboarding take?
Most schools go live within two to six weeks, depending on how much historical data is migrated. Skoolia imports students, staff and classes from CSV, and the Professional plan includes guided onboarding covering migration, staff training and the parent rollout.
Is a credit card required for the trial?
No. Every self-serve plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is requested to begin. You only enter payment details if you choose to subscribe at the end of the trial. Once you subscribe, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Does Skoolia use school data to train AI models?
No. Your school's data stays in your organisation's tenant and is not used to train AI models. Najiba answers questions by sending only the data needed for that question to the AI provider, scoped to your organisation. A data processing agreement is available on request.

The interface is available in English, French and Arabic, with full right-to-left layout for Arabic. The gradebook supports IB, Cambridge and A-Level, US, French, Canadian and Irish grading systems, as well as custom grading scales.
